Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shellist ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Shellist is a personal habit-tracking app available as a one-time purchase. You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App in any way.
Purchases & Payments
Shellist is available for a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All transactions are processed by Apple and subject to their terms and refund policies. I do not collect or store any payment information.
Data & Privacy
All habit data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. I do not have access to, collect, or store any of your personal data. For more details, see my Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Shellist are owned by me and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Shellist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, though I strive to keep it running smoothly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including data loss.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
